Stuarts Draft and Winchester Career Fairs

We're a nonprofit agency that provides residential support to adults with a developmental disability, but it's so much more than a roof and a bed. We're about supporting people as they become true members of their communities by pursuing their goals a dreams. Are you the right person to help us fulfill our mission?

Join us at our Stuarts Draft and Winchester homes to learn about the job openings available with Heart Havens in the Richmond area! You'll be able to chat with our Human Resources Director, Chief Operations Officer, and one of our Lead DSPs to learn more about what being a Direct Support Professional is all about. We'll be accepting resumes, and we'll have laptops available for you to apply for openings on the spot. A signing bonus is available for some positions.

To be eligible for employment with Heart Havens, here's what you need:
-Be at least 21 years old.
-Have a valid driver's license.
-Have your GED or high school diploma.
